L’evation Salon requires all new and existing clients to secure their appointments with a credit card on file. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s) with 24 hours notice.
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice, will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked to the pre-authorized card on file.
No shows and unattended appointments not confirmed to be cancelled are included under this policy. This charge is nonrefundable and will not be applied to any future services.

We do not offer refunds of any kind for services provided by our staff.

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to make adjustments. The only requirements we have in providing adjustments are that you call to schedule a consultation for the adjustment within 72 hours of the original service and that the adjustment appointment be booked within 2 weeks of the original appointment and with the same stylist who provided the service. Please contact the salon directly to book.
