Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy:
L’evation Salon requires all new and existing clients to have a credit card on file to reserve an appointment. Unattended appointments that were not confirmed to be canceled are included under this policy.
We require that you give us a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice, will be charged 50% to the pre-authorized card provided in your file of the services booked. No shows are included under this policy.
This charge is nonrefundable and will not be applied to any future services.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
When booking services that require deposits, the deposit will go towards that service when that appointment is complete. All deposits are non-refundable even if canceled over 24-hours in advance, which if that is the case the deposit will go towards a future appointment *** (This does not apply for renting stylists) ***
All products and services are non-refundable.
We offer equal or greater exchanges on unopened products less than 30 days from purchase.
Adjustment Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to make adjustments. The only requirements we have in providing adjustments are that you call to schedule a consultation for the adjustment within 72 hours of the original service and that the adjustment appointment is booked within 2 weeks of the original appointment and with the same stylist who provided the service. Please contact the salon directly to book.
Children Policy:
We respectfully ask our clients to refrain from bringing children into the salon that are not receiving a service from one of our stylists. This policy is in place for the safety of the children and everyone else in the salon.
Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed.
